The Ingham Swan launches its ‘ROOTS' Menu to celebrate 15 Years

This limited-time menu will be available throughout April 2025, served Sunday to Thursday for lunch and dinner (excluding Sunday Lunch).

The ROOTS Menu has been thoughtfully designed by Daniel Smith and his talented team as a tribute to the restaurant’s heritage and the incredible journey it has undertaken over the past decade and a half.
